Prior

Before you list your home, I will provide you with a free comparative market analysis, this will give you an idea of where your home could be listed on today’s current market.  After I will sit down with you an discuss many items regarding the sale. I will introduce you to all the contracts and forms I will be using and what to expect throughout the process.

I offer my vendors list for any repairs or items you were wanting to have done prior to your home being on the market. This is also a great time to declutter your home along with any minor items you may have been putting off like painting the walls or rearranging furniture.

Marketing & Exposure

I will capture photos and video of your home. A significant difference is the ability to use digital staging for spaces to better highlight a rooms potential.  Photos are what catch potential buyers’ attention and highlight the layout and condition of the home.  These photos will be viewed on the MLS along with multiple other marketing locations like Realtor.ca, my brokerage website, my personal website, and all social media.
